How does your pricing work? Is it based on users or registrations?
Our pricing is based on a pay-per-use model tied to annual registrations, not per user. This provides a cost-effective and scalable solution, especially for organizations that prefer not to pay per user. Your monthly fee includes a set number of annual registrations, and you are only charged a small, additional fee for each registration above that limit.
How are registrations counted in the plans?
Registrations are counted per year based on unique participants registered in one or more sessions. You’re only billed for actual usage — no need to pay per user or per login.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for customers who choose to pay for a 12-month subscription upfront.
Can I change my plan as my needs evolve?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time as your learner volume grows or your training operations become more complex. Downgrades are possible at the end of a billing cycle.
