CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
A Quebec CEGEP, committed to continuing education and skills development, was seeking a solution to better manage its hybrid and online training programs. The main challenge was to centralize the management of registrations, in-person classes, videoconferencing sessions, and Moodle-based courses, while providing a seamless experience for both students and instructors.
IMPLEMENTATION WITH VIVA HELIX

RESULTS IN 2024:
The year 2024 saw strong activity:
- 1,200 registrations processed via Viva Helix
- 120 training sessions organized on the platform
