STEP 1: CONNECT YOUR ACCOUNTS TO KOSMO SOCIAL
Before you start, make sure you’re logged into your personal Facebook account that has admin rights to the pages you want to link.
1. Go to the connection section

Navigate to the “Visibility” section of your Kosmo Social dashboard.

Click on “Connect an account".

A button will appear with three options: Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business (GMB).
2. Connect your Facebook account

Click on “Facebook” and follow the instructions to link your account.

Once connected, a list of Facebook pages associated with your profile will appear.

Check the page you want to connect and click “Connect.”
3. Connect your Instagram account

Return to the main page and click “Connect an account” again.

Select “Instagram” and follow the steps.

If your Instagram is already linked to your Facebook page, it will show up automatically.

Check the Instagram account you want to connect and click “Connect.”
4. Link Facebook and Instagram (if needed)
If your Facebook and Instagram accounts are not yet linked:
- Log into Facebook and access your business page.
- Click on “See all profiles”, then select the page you want to manage.
- Go to “Settings & Privacy” > “Settings.”
- Under “Permissions”, click on “Linked Accounts.”
- Next to Instagram, click “Link Account” and follow the instructions.
5. Connect your Google My Business (GMB)
- Click on “Connect an account”, then select “Google My Business.”
- Log into your Gmail account associated with your GMB listing.
- The list of GMB profiles linked to your account will appear.
- Check the one you want to connect and click “Connect.”

STEP 2: SCHEDULE YOUR POSTS IN KOSMO SOCIAL
Head over to the “Social” tab in Kosmo Social to access your publishing space.
1. “Posts” Tab: Plan your content

Choose your desired publishing date.

A window will open where you can select which platforms to post on.

Write your post and upload your media (image, video, or link).

A real-time preview will appear on the right.

Check “Scheduled”, select the date and time.

2. “Dashboard” Tab: View your posts and reviews

- Click “Add a list” on the right.
- Name your hashtag list and insert your hashtags in the text field.
